I WANTED TO SEND YOU A NOTE OF APPRECIATION FOR THE ROOF WORK YOU AND YOUR CREWMEN DID AT 1208 SPRUCE ST. IN RAWLINS.

I BOUGHT THAT BUILDING ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A NEW ROOF.  IT LEAKED FROM TH FIRST DAY. I HAD ANOTHER CONTRACTOR MAKE 2 ATTEMPTS TO FIX BUT NEVER WAS ABLE TO STOP THE LEAKS.

DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS 2010  I WAS FACED WITH LOSING A TENANT OR IMMEDIATELY FIXING THE ROOF. I CALLED YOU AND WITHIN 7-10 DAYS YOU WERE ON THE JOB IN INCLEMENT WEATHER BUT GOT THE NEW  ROOF INSTALLED. THE NEW 50 MIL FLEXION LOOKS GOOD AND ITS HOLDING UP TO THE SNOW AND WINDS OF RAWLINS, WY. WITH NO PROBLEMS.

I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIMELY RESPONSE AND GOOD WORK IN TOUGH CONDITIONS. THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD AND I'M SURE WILL BE SOUND FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
